Tawana Muhammad is our Senior Managing Partner. She leads and partners with a group of HR Consultants, employment law attorneys, executive coaches, business professional and more to ensure our clients receive the best service possible.  

Tawana started her career as a temporary clerk at a Fortune 500 company in the aerospace industry. She moved through various roles within this industry, primarily in the supply chain function. After years learning this function and supporting the development and allocation of a $40M budget, she transitioned into Human Resources. Her last corporate role was managing a global talent program in support of 14 countries.  

Tawana has consistently been one to ensure the team understood they were not an island unto themselves as she challenged team members to understand the connection of their role to each department within their function and how that tied to the overall organizational strategy.  

Tawana holds an MBA and her undergraduate degree was in Sociology and Criminology. These degrees laid the foundation of the essence of her work belief which is "that you must look back at the root of why something is occurring before you can have a positive and long-lasting change."
